All of our Speech and Language Therapists have a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and are registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
Our therapists have a range of post qualification and post graduate training. East Coast Community Healthcare is committed to providing learning opportunities for the team to ensure that their clinical practice is current and evidence based.
Our clinical support workers have a range of experience and training and access regular supervision from our SLTs. Their role is to carry out specialist interventions under the direction of speech and language therapists. They are highly skilled and valued members of our team.
Our administration team provide invaluable day to day support for the clinical team and may well be one of the first people you speak to if you contact us.
All members of our team access regular clinical supervision, which supports their continuing professional development and reflective practice. They are able to access additional clinical support from other members of the team, including our clinical pathway leads. This ensures that our team are implementing best practice and can access specialist advice when required.
